Soccer bad boy turned Hollywood hardman Vinnie Jones will get a Celebrity Big Brother birthday surprise today.
Jones will celebrate his 45th birthday in the celebrity house and his fellow housemates have made him birthday messages on canvas.
The housemates secretly set to work on the creative gifts yesterday as Big brother kept an unsuspecting Jones chatting in the diary room.
Yesterday Thong Song singer Sisqo said he is a “little interested” in Ronnie Wood’s ex girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova.
The R&B star told Big Brother: “Kat – I don’t know … I could be wrong. I’m a little interested. It seems like she she’s got a lot of layers.
“When she first came into the house, she seemed maybe little shy at first, and then, you know, when we were out there in the smoking area, she seemed to open up a little bit more. I’m kind of curious.”
As the celebrities got to know each other better, Stephen Baldwin told how he had developed a “platonic crush” on glamorous former Coronation Street actress Stephanie Beacham.
“I think I have a bit of a platonic crush on Stephanie,” he told Big Brother.
“It’s shocking. I think she’s just delightful. It’s just a nice, friendly, healthy, little infatuation.”
The American actor also described his route to staying sober as he spoke to Jones and Beacham.
He told how he has not touched booze for 20 years and that the 21st anniversary of this achievement will come during his time in the house.
“I just deal with it one day at a time – when you have a complicated mind, and most of us do, because we’re a complicated species, it’s just getting around the simple thought of ’just not today’,” he said.
“It’s such a simple thought. When you can just get through 24 hours you can start over again,” Baldwin added.
The Usual Suspects star, a born-again Christian, also set himself up as the sagely one in the house.
The 43-year-old offered his wise words for Alex Reid, who confided that he was torn between cage fighting and acting after a role in Hollyoaks and as a stunt double in Saving Private Ryan.
“You have to decide – if the public see you as a fighter, they won’t see you as an actor,” he advised Reid.
Baldwin also told Reid he was a little curious about what wardrobe he had brought into the house.
“All Arthur, no Martha,” said Reid, before adding that he had read he was offered an extra £100,000 to enter the house as his alter ego, Roxanne.
“I’d wear a dress for a 100 grand,” he said.
The celebrities also triumphed in their first challenge – winning two bottles of champagne for cramming themselves into a car in an “ice breaker” task.

Katie Price’s boyfriend Alex Reid denied fighting with her ex Dane Bowers as both men entered the Big Brother house.
It was reported that the pair came to blows at the glamour model’s New Year’s Eve party.
Bowers, a former member of boyband Another Level, had a cut to his face as he arrived at the Big Brother house last night but both men denied they had argued.
The show’s host Davina McCall asked Reid if he had fought with Bowers.
“Categorically no,” he replied. “I wasn’t even aware there was a fight until afterwards.”
His answer left viewers wondering if someone else had fought with Bowers, especially when the singer arrived with a cut above his right eye.
The crowd chanted “fight, fight, fight” when Bowers arrived.
Asked about the reported brawl with Reid, he told McCall: “I’m sorry to disappoint you but we actually get on okay. We get on well.
“What you read isn’t true, I’m afraid, as interesting as it sounds.”
Once inside Bowers was asked about the cut and told housemates that he had got it a couple of days ago but did not explain how.
Reid greeted Bowers with a smile and a hug when he arrived.
The cage fighter, who has been pictured dressed as a woman in recent months, was booed as he arrived and said: “This is why I’m here, to hopefully change these boos to cheers.”
Last night’s launch show ended weeks of speculation about the line-up for the final Channel 4 series of Celebrity Big Brother.
Football hard-man turned actor Vinnie Jones is already the bookies’ favourite to win with Ladbrokes today offering odds of 5/2 for the football hard man turned actor.
Jones is the highest paid housemate according to the News of the World which reported he is being paid £350,000 for taking part, twice as much as last year’s eventual winner Ulrika Jonsson.
He was last to arrive yesterday and told McCall “We’ll definitely have a laugh” before heading inside.
Actress Stephanie Beacham is Ladbrokes’ outsider at 33/1.
McCall asked Beacham how she was going to survive in the house. The actress simply replied: “I have no idea.”
The best entrance of the night was from singer Sisqo who posed with a microphone before jumping down the steps and launching into a performance of his 1999 hit Thong Song.
Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss – who has always refused to name any of her famous clients – was asked by McCall if she would reveal a couple of names while inside.
“It’s not my style,” Fleiss replied.
She went into the house and immediately recognised actor Stephen Baldwin, greeting him with the words: “I have seen you before”.
He replied: “It’s been a long time.”
Before entering the house, Baldwin, a born-again Christian, told McCall: “I’m really only prepared to be able to have this experience by faith.
“Hell is a very real place. A lot of people don’t realise that.
“But I plan on being a representation of the light of truth. That’s the fun I’m going to have.”
Ronnie Wood’s ex-girlfriend Ekaterina “Katia” Ivanova said the Rolling Stone supported her decision to go on the show.
“He’s still a friend so supports it,” she said before heading inside.
The other housemates are glamour model Nicola T, rapper Lady Sovereign and DJ Basshunter, who wore a black tie for his grand entrance.
After the 11 housemates arrived, they were given their first challenge and encouraged to get to know each other by successfully squeezing into a Mini, decorated to look like a devil, which was parked in the garden.
Glamour model Sophie Reade was celebrating after being crowned the winner of Big Brother 10.
The 20-year-old, who was the bookies’ favourite and the only girl in last night’s live final, looked shocked when her name was read out by the show’s host Davina McCall.
By beating Siavash Sabbaghpour, who polled three times fewer votes than the winner, she won a £71,320 prize fund.
“I never thought I’d win. I didn’t think I’d get on the show, let alone win,” Sophie, from Cheshire, said.
“I’ve never won anything in my life.”
The model, who wears a 30GG bra, told McCall that winning made her feel “really accepted”.
“Because I get my boobs out for a living people think I’m tacky, an airhead and I’ll have no personality.
“I think people can see past that,” she said.
Sophie said she would use her winnings hair extensions, a new flat and “maybe another boob job”.
She also denied she had sex with fellow housemate Kris Donnelly while in the house although the pair were seen sharing a bed.
“I can swear on my Chihuahuas’s lives I never,” she said.
Sophie spent much of her time in the house as Dogface after changing her name by deed poll in a task which gave her housemate status.
The model, who lives with her parents and two older brothers, lived up to the name when she got on all fours and impersonated her pet Chihuahuas, Army and Moo.
McCall said Sophie won £71,320 which had been returned to the prize fund when housemates completed tasks.
The remainder of the £100,000 prize money, which was taken away when the housemates tried to break out, would go to charity, McCall said.
Sophie said she planned to use the money for charity and clothes.
Siavash, 23, an events organiser who was born in Iran but moved to the UK as a child, had threatened to walk out yesterday but later decided to stay for the final day.
Last night, the croaky-voiced runner-up told McCall he had considered leaving to improve Sophie’s chances of winning.
McCall asked him about his feelings for former housemate Noirin Kelly who put the brakes on a romance with him when her ex-boyfriend entered the house. Noirin has revealed she was single again.
“She did nothing wrong,” Siavash said.
He also offered a public apology to ex-girlfriend Laura Cogoni for kissing Noirin.
“I’m sorry. I’m so, so sorry. Things are really weird in the house,” he said.
Third place in this series went to David Ramsden, a recycled clothing sorter and eBay retailer from Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, who told McCall he was feeling “bloody brilliant”.
Customer service advisor Charlie Drummond, from Newcastle, came fourth.
The housemates were not told that Channel 4 had recently announced that it planned to axe the show after the 11th series next summer.

From a Mr Gay UK hopeful to a glamour model and a Brazilian student who loves the Queen, here are the final housemates hoping to win this year’s Big Brother:
:: Rodrigo
Age: 23
From: Brazil
Occupation: Student
Likes: Britain
Dislikes: British reserve
Bisexual Rodrigo wasn’t interested in men before he moved to the UK but now he dates an equal amount of men and women.
Rodrigo gained housemate status by being first to Diary Room and shaving Noirin’s eyebrows off.
During his time in the house, Rodrigo was greeted by a lookalike of the Queen as part of a Big Brother shopping task.
The ecstatic student was oblivious to the fact she was not the real Queen, as they politely enjoyed their tea party.
The “Queen” told Rodrigo he was a “very likeable young man”.
:: Charlie
Age: 22
From: Newcastle
Occupation: Customer service advisor
Likes: Working at the Job Centre
Dislikes: Frogs – he once left his two pet amphibians outside and tried to defrost them with a hairdryer
Charlie won the Newcastle heat of Mr Gay UK in 2007.
He said he was popular at school, is always the centre of attention and can often be found dancing on a stage or podium on nights out.
He walked across broken glass in the Special Forces task to gain housemate status.
He cried when Beinazir left and said: “I loved her, she was great.”
Charlie was a lady of the court in the Tudor task and enjoyed camping it up in his dress and learning to dance with Kris.
He was deprived of his nomination rights by King Siavash in week three and he and Halfwit shaved their heads in week five.
Earlier this week, Charlie and Rodrigo came to blows when Rodrigo offered his nemesis a mouthful of crisps.
Charlie said: “I’m not a crispy person, I wish people would remember that. Some people are and I’m not.”
:: Siavash
Age: 23
From: Iran, but he moved to the UK as a child
Occupation: Events organiser
Likes: Siavash is a self-confessed slave to fashion
Dislikes: Paying for anything himself
Siavash lives with his mum but mostly stays with friends. He dropped out of studying fashion at university, because he was surrounded by people without money.
He gained official housemate status after facing the public vote on the first Sunday.
Siavash was put up for eviction along with Sophie on day 39 for breaking the rules.
They had discussed nominations and then, after being told by Big Brother that they would automatically face the public vote if they swore before 3pm, they both uttered swear words.
He played a memorable part in the Italy-themed task, as the “fashionista” and had to dress up in crazy costumes and strike a pose whenever Big Brother played Madonna’s Vogue.
He has been teased by the others for being short but took it with good humour.
:: Sophie
Age: 20
From: Cheshire
Occupation: Glamour model
Likes: Barack Obama because “his daughters look cute”
Dislikes: The stereotypical “blonde bimbo” label
Sophie lives at home with her parents and two older brothers – and her two chihuahuas Army and Moo.
Her bra size is a 30GG, and she claims to be one of the lads, doing promotional work at motorbike shows.
Sophie regrets not going university because she gets jealous looking at her friends’ party photos on Facebook.
She changed her name to Dogface by deed poll to gain housemate status.
The model had a hair extension crisis when they started falling out – and when she pulled them out her hair started coming with it.
Ex-housemate Brian Belo fancied her when he came back to the house and complimented her “melons”, burying his face in them.
:: David
Age: 29
From: Dewsbury
Occupation: Recycled clothing sorter and eBay retailer
Likes: Fashion – especially Dame Vivienne Westwood, ex-housemate Pete Burns
Dislikes: Being labelled as “gay”
David, who gave his sister a car, claims that he’s unlucky in love, and is usually dumped.
He admits that he’s only been in love once in his life and vows that he will fall in love again.
While in the house, David received a card from his idol, Dame Vivienne.
He burst into tears, saying: “This means the world to me; it would be like meeting the Queen!”
Sophie Reade is tipped to win tonight’s Big Brother final, in what promises to be a poignant show following the announcement that Channel 4 will axe the programme.
The 20-year-old is one of five remaining housemates in the final showdown, alongside Siavash Sabbaghpour, Rodrigo Lopes, David Ramsden and Charlie Drummond.
William Hill made Sophie the 1/4 favourite to win and are also offering 8/1 odds that the glamour model will pose for Playboy in 2009.
The bookies put David as the hot favourite to be booted out first tonight at 4/9.
Sophie, who had a relationship with curly-haired Kris Donnelly while in the house, is also Paddy Power’s favourite and the bookmaker has chopped her odds from 5/4 to 2/9.
Meanwhile, former BB10 contestant Noirin Kelly has given Charlie her backing, saying: “I hope he wins, fingers crossed.
“He’s kept us entertained from the start to the end. He’s not been afraid to speak his mind, he’s funny, he’s been a nice guy as well.
“People say he’s too nice, but I actually think he’s a genuinely nice guy.”
Channel 4 said last week that it would not renew its deal with programme-makers Endemol when it expires next year, making next summer’s 11th series the last for the broadcaster.
Disappointing ratings for the latest series have scraped around the two million viewers mark, compared with 10 million in the show’s heyday.
Hills hope the final will see a turnover of £100,000, a mile away from the millions it said used to be wagered on the final night.
Kevin Lygo, Channel 4’s director of television, said previously that Big Brother had reached a “natural end”.
Presenter Davina McCall has told how she cried when she heard it was being axed.
McCall said previously: “I just felt really sad, I cried for a bit and my husband was being very nice to me all day.
“It was kind of a weird day, I felt like I was grieving the loss of a friend.”
McCall has also said that if she was allowed to next year, “I might streak through the house or something like that.”
Since its launch in 2000, Big Brother has been one of the UK’s biggest TV talking points, producing characters such as “Nasty” Nick Bateman and making a star out of the late Jade Goody.
Celebrity Big Brother will also return to the television once more in the winter.
Cancelling the show will release more than £50 million a year in Channel 4’s budget and the broadcaster said £20 million would be pumped into revamping the drama schedule.
